We're on the lookout for a Senior Power BI Consultant to lead high-impact BI and automation projects using Power BI, PowerApps, and Power Automate. About the Role

As a Senior Power BI Consultant, you'll lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI, with support from PowerApps and Power Automate. You'll shape BI initiatives, mentor junior consultants, and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Beyond delivery, you'll build internal capability through structured training programs, hands-on workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions, empowering stakeholders and teams to confidently use Power BI for actionable insights. You'll act as a subject matter expert, ensuring long-term adoption and success of BI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

-Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements

-Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and data models in Power BI

-Create advanced DAX calculations and visualizations to deliver actionable insights

-Lead data integration from SQL, APIs, Excel, SAP, and other sources using Power Query

-Ensure data accuracy, quality, and governance across solutions

-Implement security measures (e.g., RLS) and manage deployment, refresh schedules, and version control

-Mentor junior consultants and analysts; conduct workshops and training for business users

-Partner with IT, data engineering, and business teams to deliver unified BI solutions

-Advise stakeholders on Power BI architecture, best practices, and roadmap initiatives

-Design and optimize PowerApps and Power Automate solutions to automate business processes

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI, PowerApps, and Power Automate

Expert in DAX, data modeling, and Power Query

Strong SQL skills and knowledge of ETL processes; SAP experience is a plus

Confident presenter and trainer with excellent communication and leadership skills

Passionate about problem-solving, continuous learning, and mentoring others

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications highly valued
