Key Responsibilities:

Power Platform Engineering

  • Design and implement advanced Power Automate flows to automate and optimize business processes across clinical, administrative, and operational domains.
  • Develop robust Power BI data models and reports/dashboards using DAX, Power Query, and Microsoft Fabric to support scalable, insightful analytics and reporting.
  • Build and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations tailored to business needs.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with Office 365, Azure services, and third-party systems.
  • Ensure solutions comply with data governance and privacy standards (e.g., PDPA, HIPAA-equivalent).

SharePoint Development

  • Design and configure SharePoint Online sites, intranet portals, and collaboration spaces.
  • Build custom pages, templates, and UI components using SPFx, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, and Bootstrap.
  • Create and manage SharePoint lists, libraries, workflows, and permissions.
  • Migrate and manage content using tools like Sharegate or Metalogix.
  • Implement workflow forms using PowerApps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Designer.

Enablement & Support

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Train and support internal power users to leverage Power Platform as a low-code/no-code environment, enabling self-service automation and reporting across the organization.
  • Provide documentation, training materials, and hands-on guidance to promote adoption and best practices.
  • Stay current with Microsoft ecosystem updates and industry best practices.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Health Informatics, or related field.
  • Proven experience with Power BI, including advanced data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and report/dashboard development.
  • Strong experience with Power Automate, including complex flow design, error handling, and integration across systems.
  • Experience with SharePoint Online/O365 and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
  • Understanding of data privacy regulations and governance frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Experience with Power Apps development (Canvas and Model-Driven).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Familiarity with Azure services and Microsoft Fabric.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php60, Php85,000.00 per month
