Process Analysis & Automation Design

  • Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to analyze existing processes and identify automation opportunities.
  • Design and document end-to-end RPA solutions aligned with business goals.

RPA Development

  • Develop, implement, and deploy automation solutions using industry-leading RPA tools.
  • Write, test, and maintain efficient and scalable automation scripts.
  • Integrate RPA workflows with existing systems and applications.

Quality Assurance & Testing

  • Conduct thorough testing to ensure automation accuracy, performance, and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues during development and testing phases.

Reporting, Documentation & Workflow Optimization

  • Prepare complete project documentation and maintain stakeholder trackers.
  • Analyze existing workflows, identify gaps, and propose optimization improvements.
  • Ensure clear communication with stakeholders, providing progress updates, managing risks, and maintaining transparency.
  • Monitor service deliverables daily and prepare required reports.
  • Contribute to fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and technical excellence.

Support & Troubleshooting

  • Provide support for deployed automations and resolve issues raised by stakeholders.
  • Implement preventive measures to avoid recurring automation problems.
  • Assist in training analysts/programmers and share best practices within the team.
  • Stay updated on emerging automation technologies (RPA, AI, Chatbots, Agentic Automation).

Technical & Functional CompetenciesMust Have

  • MS O365 Services: SharePoint, SharePoint List, Power Automate Cloud Flow, Power Automate Desktop, Power BI, OneDrive
  • RPA Tools: UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, Automation Hub

Good to Have

  • Python, C#, VB.NET, VBS
  • Agile Scrum / Kanban methodologies
  • Git, Azure DevOps
  • AI/ML, AI Agents, Intelligent Automation
  • OCR or Document Understanding experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in software development, automation, or RPA.
  • 3–4 years of hands-on UiPath development experience.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing automation workflows using UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Strong understanding of UiPath components: workflow design, exception handling, data manipulation, etc.
  • Previous experience with OCR or document understanding tools.
  • Familiarity with modern development best practices.
  • UiPath Certification (highly preferred).
  • Knowledge of AI/ML integration with RPA is a plus.
  • Strong English communication skills.

3x onsite in Alabang

3pm to 12am
