Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on ServiceNow Engineer to manage and enhance our ServiceNow platform, implement complex integrations, and deliver end-to-end solutions following industry best practices. The ideal candidate has strong scripting skills, experience across multiple ServiceNow modules, and a solid background in integrations and platform administration.

Key Responsibilities & Must Have Experience
  • Implement various ServiceNow modules and deliver solutions using industry best practices
  • Perform hands-on development using ServiceNow scripting: Business Rules, Script Includes, Fix Scripts, Workflows, UI Actions, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Inbound Email Actions
  • Manage end-to-end ServiceNow platform operations and administration
  • Implement and manage Document Management and HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules
  • Design and implement REST and SOAP integrations; create scripted REST and SOAP APIs
  • Implement authentication mechanisms including OAuth 2.0, certificates, and MID Server-based integrations
  • Deliver ServiceNow projects in domain-separated instances
  • Install, configure, and manage MID Servers
  • Develop custom applications on the ServiceNow platform
  • Implement LDAP / Active Directory / SSO integrations
  • Implement Orchestration use cases and automation workflows
Good to Have
  • Experience with Flow Designer and Integration Hub
  • Exposure to multiple ServiceNow modules across ITSM/ITOM/HR/Custom apps
  • Ability to design and modify complex integrations and API-based solutions
  • Capability to review current setups and provide best practice recommendations
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and awareness of platform updates and new features
  • Experience with HTML and Jelly scripting is strongly preferred
Technical Skills
  • ServiceNow platform administration and development
  • REST/SOAP integrations and scripted APIs
  • MID Server installation and management
  • ServiceNow scripting and automation (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Workflows)
