Job Description Participate in project planning and lead implementation efforts on the ServiceNow platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver solutions, improve processes, and provide technical support. Manage and oversee activities related to coding, customization, configuration, and integration of ServiceNow applications. Analyze customer requirements, design technical solutions, and support post-implementation activities. Ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow with external systems while aligning with business objectives. Monitor and review work of junior team members and enforce compliance with security policies and best practices. Contribute ideas and innovations to enhance products and processes. The Successful Applicant Minimum of 5+ years of experience implementing and managing ServiceNow solutions. Proven expertise in configuring ServiceNow modules, specifically ITSM. Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform development, including scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript) and ServiceNow APIs. Experience in developing custom applications and integrations with third-party systems. Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML. Knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks. Strong analytical skills for customer requirements analysis. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
