Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have experience with ServiceNow configuration, customization, and administration to meet business requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions aligned with ITIL processes and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and configure ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, CMDB, SecOps, etc.)
  • Design and implement custom applications and integrations using ServiceNow Studio and Flow Designer
  • Customize UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Workflows, and Catalog Items
  • Maintain and optimize existing ServiceNow functionality and data structures
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and systems using REST/SOAP APIs
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and architects to gather requirements and deliver solutions
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging
  • Ensure compliance with best practices, security standards, and development frameworks
  • Maintain platform updates, patches, and upgrades (including version migrations)
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and support materials
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 2–10+ years of hands-on experience developing and administering ServiceNow
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML/CSS, and ServiceNow scripting
  • Strong understanding of ITIL concepts and how they apply to ServiceNow
  • Experience with Flow Designer, Service Catalog, and Service Portal
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
