Job Responsibilities

Content Creation & Planning

  • Develop engaging and on-brand content ideas (static posts, short-form videos, stories) tailored to each platform
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to execute content plans
  • Create captions, hashtags, and creative briefs fs aligned with campaign objectives

Social Media Management

  • Manage daily operations of the brand's social media pages
  • Schedule and publish content consistently based on the approved calendar
  • Monitor page activity, respond to comments, messages, and community inquiries in a timely manner

Performance Monitoring & Analytics

  • Track and analyze key social media metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, content performance)
  • Prepare weekly and monthly social media insight reports with actionable recommendations
  • Monitor trends, audience feedback, and competitor activity for continuous improvement

Paid Media & Ad Management

  • Plan, set up, and optimize Meta (Facebook) ad campaigns according to marketing objectives
  • Monitor ad performance and budget utilization

Ad Hoc Tasks

  • Support special projects, campaign activations, and collaborations as needed
  • Coordinate with internal teams or external partners for specific campaign requirements
  • Assist in event coverage, real-time content creation, and other duties that support the overall marketing plan.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
  • Excellent content creation and writing skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools.
