About the role

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager (Lead Generation Specialist) to join our dynamic team at Best Reliable Resources Internationale'. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns to drive lead generation across our social media channels. This is a full-time position based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and optimize the company's social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, Twitter etc.
  • Create engaging, high-performing content (text, images, and videos) to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation
  • Develop and implement social media strategies and campaigns to achieve specific business objectives
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, using data to inform and continuously improve campaigns
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure social media efforts are aligned with overall marketing and branding initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, analytics and best practices to optimize campaign performance

What we're looking for

  • 3-5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns that drive lead generation and business growth
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
  • Excellent creative and copywriting skills, with the ability to produce compelling content
  • Proficiency in social media analytics and reporting tools (e.g. Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics)
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
