Job Summary:

Manage and grow client's online presence. This role will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social campaigns, building influencer programs, and using analytics to drive performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field
  • 3+ years of social media experience (corporate or agency)
  • Strong content creation & strategy background
  • Proficient in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Facebook Insights, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills; able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be willing to work 100% on-site in BGC, Taguig

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and produce creative content (graphics, short-form videos, animations, infographics, etc.) tailored for various social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Lead, Marketing, and Content teams to align visuals with brand messaging and campaign strategies.
  • Manage day-to-day posting and ensure consistency of brand identity across all digital channels.
  • Monitor social media trends, emerging design tools, and creative strategies to keep content innovative and competitive.
  • Assist in developing campaign visuals, promotional assets, and other creative requirements for online engagement.
  • Ensure all creative outputs comply with brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Analyze engagement metrics and recommend improvements to enhance audience interaction through creative execution.
