Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented social media and Community Manager to develop and implement our social media and community engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building and nurturing online communities, creating engaging content, and fostering meaningful interactions with our audience. This role requires a deep understanding of various social media platforms, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage all Huawei official Soc Med platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

  • Develop Social Media strategies and content plan according to the campaign objectives and requirements

  • Manage overall Social Media calendar across all platforms for campaigns and always-on efforts

  • Work closely with members of the Marketing team and other functions with Social Media requirements

  • Ensure all Social Media Marketing campaign KPIs are met

  • In-charge of in-depth analysis, and report development

  • Building brand love and consistent branding messaging across all relevant channels

  • Design, strengthen, and execute programs to onboard or enhance the current brand's creator pool, including workshops, events, and marketing campaigns, and a sustainable creator management

  • Identify and engage community advocates who are equally passionate about tech and the brand

  • Execute community and engagement strategies for always-on social media campaigns, brand campaigns, and product campaigns

  • Implement retention strategies to ensure long-term engagement of our creator and fan base, including on-site content workshops and creator incentive programs

  • Track and analyze key community metrics and identify room for further growth

  • Handle inventory management of all marketing inventories related to Huawei Community, as well as distribution and monitoring

Requirements:

1.) Bachelor's degree or above in related fields or equivalent experience

2.) Minimum of 2 years experience in community management, social media communications, or marketing communications roles, in-house or with an agency

3.) Ideally with Digital Media Marketing background and experience

4.) Be a Filipino culture enthusiast and loves TikToks

5.) Outstanding communication, negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills

6.) Ability to design operational methodologies from zero to one

7.) Results and solution-oriented professional who has a knack for building solid relationships on both the creator and business level

8.) Interest and passion for the tech industry are a must
