About the role

Are you a social media superstar with a knack for driving lead generation? Best Reliable Resources is seeking a talented Social Media Manager (Lead Generation Specialist) to join our dynamic team in our Bonifacio Global City Taguig City Metro Manila office. In this full-time position, you'll be responsible for crafting and executing winning social media strategies to help us attract and convert high-quality leads.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement social media campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness
  2. Create engaging, conversion-focused content for our social channels
  3. Manage and grow our social media following across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  4. Analyze social media metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social efforts with overall lead generation goals
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices

What we're looking for

  1. 2-5 years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of driving lead generation
  2. Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to craft compelling, conversion-focused posts
  3. Proficiency in using social media analytics tools to track and optimize campaign performance
  4. Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tactics, including SEO, PPC, and email marketing
  5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  6. Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and platforms
