We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Social Media Operations Specialist to manage OwnBank's social media channels daily. This role focuses on content publishing, community engagement, and coordination with the design team to ensure platform-optimized content delivery.

Key Responsibilities

●  Manage and operate social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

●  Create, localize, and schedule content tailored for each platform's audience.

●  Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments, and escalate issues when necessary.

●  Collaborate closely with graphic designers to ensure timely delivery of visuals.

●  Assist with content editing, minor post optimizations, and maintain publishing calendars.

Requirements

●  Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices in the local market.

● Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management or digital content operations.

● Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

● Experience using social media management and analytics tools.

● Prior experience managing brand social media accounts.
