Job description:

  • Identify and recruit influencers that align with our brand values, target audience, and campaign goals.
  • Negotiate contracts and deliverables with influencers, ensuring clear expectations and timelines.
  • Plan, execute, and manage influencer campaigns across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using relevant KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI).
  • Maintain influencer relationships to foster long-term collaborations and brand advocacy.
  • Stay updated on influencer trends, platform changes, and emerging talent.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media.
  • Proven success in managing influencer campaigns (paid or organic).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer landscapes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Comfortable with data tracking, analytics, and reporting tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
