Job Details

The Business Process & Control Analyst works with the MA Branch Accountants and Back Office Staffs.

  • The Business Process & Control Analyst is responsible for organizing, standardizing, and improving operational and financial processes across all branches. This role ensures that transactions are properly executed in the system, internal controls are implemented, and financial data is accurate and compliant with company policies.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS (Qualifications Required)

Work Experience : Preferably with 2-3 years of relevant experience in business process analysis, financial operations, or internal controls.

Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management Accounting or Industrial Engineering.

Competency Profile:

  • Ability to evaluate existing workflows, identify gaps and design efficient procedures.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliations and financial validation.
  • Skilled in using and navigating enterprise systems.
  • Proficient in preparing process manuals, flowcharts, and procedural guidelines.
  • Guides staff in process adherence and system use.
  • Clearly conveys process changes, system guidelines, and control requirements to branches and teams
  • Takes proactive step in identifying process inefficiencies and driving improvements.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively across departments
