Overview

Our client, Salcedo Auctions, the country's premier auction house, is seeking a Marketing and Events Officer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a creative and organized individual with experience in social media marketing, event planning, and brand partnerships.

What You'll Do

  • Social Media & Digital Marketing
  • Create and manage content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Plan and execute Meta ads campaigns and monitor performance.
  • Conceptualize and write engaging copy for posts, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
  • Event Management
  • Organize and coordinate physical and online events (auctions, previews, special launches).
  • Handle logistics, timelines, and vendor coordination for smooth event execution.
  • Manage relationships with sponsors, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Brand Partnerships & Sponsorships
  • Develop and maintain relationships with brand partners and sponsors to enhance event success and exposure.
  • Content Creation
  • Collaborate on creative concepts for marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in graphic design (using Canva or other design tools) is a strong plus.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in social media management, event coordination, and marketing campaigns.
  • Proficient in social media platforms and Meta Ads Manager; TikTok experience is an advantage.
  • Strong copywriting skills and creative conceptualization ability.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Basic graphic design skills using Canva (or other design tools) preferred.
