Full job description

Top Chefs Food Supplies Inc. is looking for an Events Officer to join the team. They will be responsible for managing and organizing events and helping to execute all phases of planning and execution.

  • Assist the marketing officer in conducting events.
  • Propose and organize activities (i.e., Wofex).
  • Ensure the smooth running of events from ingress to egress.
  • Run post-event surveys and provide recommendations for future events.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and logistics.
  • Supervise event setups.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in event management, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in event planning or coordination
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Flexible to work evenings and weekends or travel when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
