About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our dynamic team at DIMO ENTERPRISES & OVERSEAS PLACEMENT AGENCY'. As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through both voice and non-voice channels, playing a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What you'll be doing
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Handling both voice and non-voice communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggesting process improvements
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
What we're looking for
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
- Proficiency in multitasking and working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Familiarity with customer service software and tools
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and a genuine passion for helping others
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred
