About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our dynamic team at DIMO ENTERPRISES & OVERSEAS PLACEMENT AGENCY'. As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through both voice and non-voice channels, playing a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  2. Handling both voice and non-voice communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
  3. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  4. Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggesting process improvements
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  6. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively
  2. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  3. Proficiency in multitasking and working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  4. Familiarity with customer service software and tools
  5. Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and a genuine passion for helping others
  6. Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred
