About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Cebu Site - Non Voice - CSR to join our dynamic team at 3 PLEX INTERNATIONAL INC'. This full-time position is based in Cebu City, Cebu and offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients through non-voice communication channels such as email, chat, and social media
  • Responding to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns effectively, with a focus on client satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery
  • Continuously improving processes and identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to effectively handle customer queries and complaints
  • Proficiency in navigating and utilising customer service software and tools
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a passion for delivering positive outcomes
