About the role

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to incoming calls from customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide resolutions
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
  • Identify and escalate complex or sensitive cases as needed
  • Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve customer service skills
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
  • Proficient in using computer systems and various software applications
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment is an advantage
