Job Summary
The IT Service Desk Associate will serve as the first point of contact for clients requiring technical assistance. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support through phone, email, chat, or ticketing system.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, applications, and network connectivity.
- Assist in system installation, configuration, and upgrades as needed.
- Handle user account management, including password resets and access issues.
- Escalate unresolved cases to higher-tier support teams following proper protocols.
- Log, track, and update tickets within the required SLAs.
- Maintain documentation for processes, solutions, and troubleshooting steps.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Information Technology or BS Computer Science
(Must present proof of education) - Can start ASAP
- Amenable to work onsite in Centris, Quezon Ave., Quezon City
- Willing to work on US business hours
- Strong understanding of computer systems, software, and basic networking.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in high-pressure situations.
- Experience in technical support or service desk roles is an advantage.
Salary & Benefits
- Earn up to ₱26,000
- + 20% Night Differential
- HMO on Day 1
