JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Demonstrates computer system navigation and multi-tasking skills.
  • Able to perform and give instructions for basic troubleshooting
  • Basic knowledge about billing, network, and internet connectivity.
  • Demonstrates critical thinking and problem solving skills (e.g. able to offer best solution through rightsizing, re-allocating data and core services, etc.)
  • Able to identify underlying issues & what matters to the customer, anticipate future needs of the customer, as well as right-size solutions to customer problems.
  • Able to turnaround a negative experience to a wonderful customer experience.

SPECIFIC EXPECTATIONS:

  • Excellent communication – i.e. good grasp of grammar and effective sentence construction (both personal and business tone); Mastery of spelling and punctuation is a must.
  • Can articulate in a millennial sense; Written voice should be social media ready.
  • Displays a good understanding of how Digital/Social Media works and knows how to effectively communicate through this channel.
  • Must have an account for the Social Media or digital channel being served (e.g.Facebook, Twitter, Viber).
  • Embodies the Globe persona and promotes relationship building through digital.
  • Has infectious positive energy
  • Eager and curious to learn new things in the digital arena
  • Provides quality responses by possessing the following:
  • Displays propensity towards creating memorable interactions with customers while maintaining productivity goals
  • Builds individual long-term relationship; Help drive leads, convert and retain customers by answering a simple question or two.
  • Highly critical and discerning: consciousness that anything you say and do may be taken against you.
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills (e.g. able to offer best solution through rightsizing, re-allocating data and core services, etc.)
  • Important: Back reading to fully understand and effectively resolve issue.
