The opportunity

Join the dynamic team at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' as a 100% Non-Voice Account - Customer Service Agent. This full-time role is based in Makati City, Metro Manila and offers an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, call centre environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and requests via email, chat, and other non-voice channels
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, while providing a positive customer experience
  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful resolution of customer concerns
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to enhance the customer service experience
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in a non-voice capacity
  • Completed 2nd year college with no back subjects + Has work experience but not BPO; or NO BPO EXPERIENCE

HS/SHS Graduate and above + 6 mos. and up
- Excellent written communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software or similar tools
- A team-oriented mindset and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
