About the role

This is an exciting, full-time customer service role based in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a Non-Voice Customer Service Representative at 3 PLEX INTERNATIONAL INC', you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through a variety of non-voice channels, including email, chat, and social media. What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and requests via email, chat, and social media channels in a timely and professional manner
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience
  3. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
  4. Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to enhance the customer experience
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective customer support

  2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address a variety of customer inquiries
  3. Demonstrated experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in a call centre or similar environment
