We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Growth & Operations Manager to help drive the growth of our expanding property management portfolio. This hybrid role combines sales outreach with operational and financial responsibilities, making it a great fit for someone who thrives on building relationships while ensuring efficient business processes. You'll be instrumental in acquiring new opportunities, strengthening client partnerships, and supporting smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Acquisitions

  • Identify and connect with property owners interested in management services or potential sales.
  • Conduct outreach through digital channels, social media, and targeted campaigns.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to contract execution.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with investors, partners, and clients.
  • Use CRM systems to track leads, manage pipelines, and monitor deal flow.
  • Participate in industry networks, groups, and property management communities.
  • Prepare professional proposals, presentations, and outreach materials.

Collections & Financial Oversight

  • Ensure timely collection of payments from tenants and property owners.
  • Track outstanding balances and address discrepancies promptly.
  • Follow up on overdue accounts through calls, emails, and reminders.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to optimize collection workflows.
  • Maintain accurate records of payments and financial documentation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, client acquisition, or business development.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms for pipeline and lead management.
  • Familiarity with real estate or property management (preferred, not required).
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Working Conditions

  • Monday to Friday, 10 AM – 7 PM EDT.
  • Flexibility for occasional weekend requirements.
  • Fully remote position with opportunities for advancement.
