About Us

Bidion is a new product venture born from the innovation-driven culture of Envision MSP — a U.S.-based Managed Services Provider known for its quality and agility. Bidion is designed to simplify and automate the bid and proposal process using modern software and AI integration.

We're now building our core product team and looking for a Full Stack Developer to help us bring Bidion to life from the ground up.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build and maintain the MVP of Bidion — a platform that helps businesses match their internal offerings with public/commercial RFPs and requirements
  • Integrate OpenAI models, internal knowledge bases, and third-party APIs
  • Create both backend logic and frontend UI for a seamless user experience
  • Develop dashboard tools, forms, and logic workflows
  • Triage after-hours support requests for Envision MSP (training and tools provided)
  • Participate in collaborative planning sessions, code reviews, and weekly standups
  • Work closely with the founder to implement the feature roadmap and push the product forward

Tools We Like

  • React / Vue (or similar JS frameworks)
  • / Python
  • Firebase / Supabase (or equivalent)
  • PostgreSQL / MongoDB
  • GitHub / Linear / Notion / Slack
  • Experience with OpenAI API or LangChain is a huge plus

Shift & Environment

  • Work hours: 4 PM to 1 AM PST (9 AM – 6 PM PHT)
  • In-office only – fully equipped workstation available immediately
  • Shared monitor, keyboard, and mouse with other shift; personal headset required
  • Hygiene supplies (wet wipes) provided for workstation use
  • Primary role is Bidion product development, with light Envision triage responsibilities after hours
