JOB OPPORTUNITY: FIELD COORDINATOR (Construction Site)

Location: BANLIC CALAMBA LAGUNA

Employment Type: Full-time

Schedule: Site-based

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Field Coordinator to oversee daily site operations, monitor work progress, and ensure smooth coordination between field teams, contractors, and management. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and knowledgeable in construction site procedures and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor daily construction activities on-site.
  • Supervise and assist field personnel to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and according to quality standards.
  • Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and manpower monitoring.
  • Communicate regularly with Project Engineers, Safety Officers, and Contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Assist in material requests, logistics, and other site coordination tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College Graduate
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Can work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced site environment.
  • Willing to be assigned on-site or relocate as required.
  • Knowledge in construction methods, safety procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
