Key Qualifications:

  • Education: College Level or Graduate (Any course).
  • Skills: Basic financial and mathematical skills are a must. Familiarity with petty cash handling, vouchers, receipts, and Excel is a plus

  • Requirement: Must be willing to be deployed to project areas within the specified region.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Regional Field Cashier, you will be the trusted custodian of our project funds. Your tasks will include:

  • Handling day-to-day cash disbursements at the field/site office.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all cash transactions and ensuring proper documentation (receipts, vouchers, etc.).
  • Performing daily cash reconciliations and immediately reporting any discrepancies.
  • Coordinating with suppliers, vendors, and employees for payment processing.
  • Preparing periodic liquidation summaries and reconciling funds with the main accounting office.
