Job Description:

  • Receive and review purchase orders from various departments

  • Conducts canvassing and price comparison from accredited and potential new suppliers

  • Prepare and process Abstract of Canvass and Purchase Order

  • Coordinate with the suppliers for production and delivery schedules

  • Update and maintain purchased records and price list

  • Coordinate with the requesting departments regarding the delivery schedules.
