  • Post graduate, preferably in Business, IT, Physical Security or related discipline
  • Certified Business Continuity Professional, Physical Security Professional or equivalent highly desirable
  • 2 years experience Junior also can apply
  • 2 years to 10+ years of progressive advancement in Business Continuity Management (BCM), Crisis Management (CM), IT Service Continuity Management (IT SCM) or Physical Security
  • Financial services experience strongly preferred
  • Prior major incident / crisis management experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with designing, implementing, and maintaining an Operational Resilience or Physical Security program strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of BCM/CM, IT SC or Physical Security processes, performance metrics, and cost reduction opportunities strongly preferred
  • Good understanding of Enterprise IT environment and IT service continuity technologies
  • Good understanding of Audit, Risk and Control principles & practice
  • Ability to interpret key messages from data and financial information
  • Ability to accomplish results through others, particularly by establishing relationships, effective controls and monitoring processes
  • Ability to respond to incidents &/or crises 7x24x365
  • Proven negotiation, influencing, collaboration and partnering skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Knowledge of business environment, service requirements and culture
  • Process skills; an understanding of key end-to-end operations processes
  • Excellent understanding of project management control procedures
