About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Ticketing & Tariff Associate Analyst to join our dynamic team at the RCL REGIONAL OPERATING HEADQUARTERS' in Makati City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in optimising our ticketing and tariff strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive operational efficiency.

What you'll be doing

  1. Analyse and interpret complex ticketing, tariff and pricing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  2. Develop and implement strategies to optimise ticketing and tariff structures, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective ticketing and tariff policies and procedures
  4. Provide expert guidance and recommendations to senior management on ticketing and tariff-related matters
  5. Monitor industry benchmarks and best practices to continuously enhance our ticketing and tariff processes
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all ticketing and tariff-related activities and transactions

What we're looking for

  1. Degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality Management or a related field
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a ticketing, reservations or tariff-related role within the hospitality or tourism industry
Proficient in GDS systems with a preference of Sabre expertise
  1. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels
  3. Familiarity with industry-standard ticketing and tariff management systems and tools
  4. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
