We are looking for a high-impact Area Manager/Territory Manager for Motorcycle Industry to lead and grow our business in the assigned region. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and team-building expertise to drive growth, expansion, and goal achievement. The ideal candidate knows how to hire the Right Person for the Right Seat —someone who Gets it, Wants it, and Can Do it —ensuring a high-performance team that delivers results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and build a strong sales team focused on performance and growth.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand market share and meet sales targets.
- Recruit and retain top talent, ensuring each team member is the right fit (RPRS) with GWC.
- Strengthen relationships with dealers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to drive business success.
- Provide coaching, performance feedback, and professional development for the team.
- Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven leadership and team-building skills with a track record of driving business growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in territory management, sales, or dealer operations in the motorcycle or automotive industry.
- Strong background in hiring and managing the right talent (RPRS with GWC).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning abilities.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to achieve and exceed targets.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
