Job Description
Develops innovative sales strategies to increase sales within the assigned territory and likewise achieve the given sales target.
Job Responsibility
- To promote our product/s in his/her designated area of responsibility; To ensure our product/s will be accepted, prescribed and include in hospital formulary and develop clients that will help achieved sales target assigned to them; To reach, and if possible exceed, annual sales target.
- To plan schedule of coverage within his/her itinerary as approved by his/her District Sales Manager.
- To develop his / her data base/ detailed records of all clients/ doctors base on the marketing strategies set by NSM/VP as well as the recommendations of DSM.
- To cover Top Doctors, Pharmacists, Purchasing and other decision makers in her designated hospitals .To promote, discuss quality, efficacy and advantages of our products and convince them to prescribe it to their patient/s. To find opportunity to include our product/s to hospital formulary.
- To make Quality call/coverage to the doctors /clients with a Strong Commitment that Our Product/s will be the first brand they will remember when they need to prescribe it to their patients.
- To develop Key Result Areas in his/her territory and consistently achieved sales targets through prescriptions .And to continue developing new prescribers and clients per target products.
- To be aggressive in gathering and reporting updated data with regards on the competitor's activities as well as potential opportunities in his /her assigned territory. He should be stay informed about the activities of the doctors and hospitals in his area and to actively send recommendations to his/her DSM to transform this as Opportunity for our product/s.
Job Qualification
- A degree holder in Business, Marketing, Nursing and/or any related field
- Preferably with sales experience of at least 2 years
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasive sales ability
- With pleasing personality
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php18,304.00 per month
