This role combines the strategic oversight of a territory with a focus on cultivating strong, long-term partnerships with high-value clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, experience in territory management, and a proven ability to manage major accounts effectively.
Qualifications & experience
- Any bachelor's degree in an equivalent or relevant field to sales
- A minimum of 2 years experience in the sales field
Tasks & responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets of the assigned distributor or territory
- Drive effective revenue management
- Ensure alignment of sales directions and key sales metrics while developing a partnership between Mega, distributors, and assigned accounts
- Develop sales strategies for the assigned account leading to aid in the achievement of KRAs and drive sustainable and profitable business growth
