Your major tasks:

  • Order placement, order confirmations and follow-up of deliveries in the ERP system Pyramid.
  • Handle and solve delays and disturbances that may arise in the supply chains
  • Calculating and setting of purchasing parameters (re-order points, order quantities, stock levels) in the ERP system
  • Handling of supplier invoices and supplier claims
  • Ensure that purchases comply with the company's internal guidelines and policies
  • Work with improvements and development of our internal processes
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient production
  • Monitor and follow-up supplier performance
  • Build and develop long-term relationships with suppliers
