Procurement & Supply Chain Support Officer

Location: Subic Bay Freeport Zone

Employment Type: Full-time | On-site | Monday to Saturday

What You'll Do

  • Support daily procurement operations & documentation
  • Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders
  • Liaise with suppliers and track deliveries
  • Maintain accurate procurement records (digital & physical)
  • Generate reports and KPIs to support management decisions
  • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and other departments
  • Stay organized and adaptable while managing multiple priorities

What We're Looking For

  • Strong organizational & multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

  • 1–2 years' experience in Procurement/Supply Chain or admin support
  • Familiarity with ERP systems
  • Diploma or Bachelor's in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
