Procurement & Supply Chain Support Officer
Location: Subic Bay Freeport Zone
Employment Type: Full-time | On-site | Monday to Saturday

What You'll Do
- Support daily procurement operations & documentation
- Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders
- Liaise with suppliers and track deliveries
- Maintain accurate procurement records (digital & physical)
- Generate reports and KPIs to support management decisions
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and other departments
- Stay organized and adaptable while managing multiple priorities
What We're Looking For
- Strong organizational & multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- 1–2 years' experience in Procurement/Supply Chain or admin support
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Diploma or Bachelor's in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
