JOB SUMMARY
Provides overall administrative support to Production Department, this role involves close collaboration with various departments such as Engineering and Maintenance (EMD), Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, and fellow production team members.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
a. Handle the Creation, confirmation, and completion of Production Process Order.
b. Verifying or double checking of all weigher quantities reported by the Shift miller to ensure correct quantities are encoded in SAP.
c. Handle the planning of Standard Sanitary Operating Procedure (SSOP) of Production Department and related documentation.
d. Prepares Quotation Request Form (QRF), execute Purchase Requisition (PR), and handles Material number creation for Production.
e. Ensure Production related consumables inventory is within the safe level, this requires close coordination with Non-FG Warehouse.
f. Create, modify, and update Maintenance Notification.
g. Handle all SAP transactions related to Daily Wheat Receiving and Daily Wheat movement.
h. Handle Production Office supply needs.
i. Coordinates with SAP team for any concerns and issues that might be encountered with SAP System.
j. Coordinate with the maintenance group regarding plant shutdown or machine breakdown
k. Report any unusual events or operational situations to Senior Shift Miller and provide recommendations and suggestions for improvement.
l. Personally oversee the maintenance of good sanitation, personal hygiene, and pest control activities within the mill.
m. Ensure the implementation of 5S, GMP, food safety, and safety practices in the workplace.
n. Assist in preparing Mano Billing Report encoding for the Warehouse Section.
o. Execute other tasks or special projects as assigned by the Senior Shift Miller and Head Miller.
QUALIFICATIONS
a. Preferably a bachelor's degree or technical course graduate with minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Systems Applications and Products in data processing.
b. Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
c. Can work in a heated, noisy, and dusty environment.
d. Capable of providing feedback, ideas, and suggestions when requested, and proficient in communicating effectively throughout all organizational levels.
e. With demonstrated ability to comply with MIMI's occupational safety rules especially wearing of proper personal protective equipment (PPE) as required in production area, and influence others to do so.
f. With ability to work during weekends, and holidays, where necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17, Php25,000.00 per month
