We are Hiring: Assistant Manager – Voice & Accent Training

Location: Bridgetowne, Quezon City

Job Overview:

We are hiring an Assistant Manager – Voice & Accent Training with solid BPO experience to lead communication, cultural, and soft skills training programs. This role ensures agents are equipped to deliver excellent communication across voice, chat, and email channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct V&A, communication, and cultural training for BPO new hires and tenured agents.
  • Lead and coach a team of trainers to deliver high-quality facilitation.
  • Conduct TNI/TNA and design training modules aligned with BPO process requirements.
  • Partner with Operations and Quality to address performance and communication gaps.
  • Drive improvement in spoken and written English to meet client expectations.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of BPO experience, with at least 2 years in Voice & Accent Training.
  • Proven experience conducting and managing V&A or communication training programs.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills.
  • Amenable to work onsite (Bridgetowne, Quezon City) and on a shifting schedule.
