Hiring: Assistant Manager – Voice & Accent Training

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Voice & Accent Training to lead and enhance our communication and cultural soft skills programs. The ideal candidate will have strong facilitation experience, team leadership skills, and a proven track record in Voice & Accent training.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Voice & Accent training sessions for new hires and existing employees, focusing on spoken and written English, customer service, and cultural alignment.
  • Drive and improve English communication (voice, chat, email) and provide floor support to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Perform Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Training Needs Identification (TNI) to design modules according to process requirements.
  • Conduct quality analysis and floor interventions to maintain training effectiveness and standards.
  • Lead a team of trainers, ensuring consistent coaching and development of employees.
  • Utilize NPS and CSAT feedback to tailor training programs and improve learning outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Must be amenable to work 100% onsite at WNS Bridgetowne.
  • Must be flexible to work on a shifting schedule.
  • Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Prior experience in Voice & Accent training, including facilitation and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills.
  • Experience in analyzing training effectiveness and implementing process improvements.
