Non-Voice Live Chat Sales Representative (Remote)

About the Role:

We're looking for a Non-Voice Live Chat Sales Agent to join our outsourcing team. The ideal candidate has strong written English communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude. You'll be responsible for handling live chat inquiries, entering and managing client profiles in our booking platform, and ensuring that listings or postings are complete, accurate, and presentable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle sales inquiries and customer support via live chat (no voice calls).
  • Enter and update client profiles or listings in the booking platform.
  • Check and verify that postings are complete, accurate, and clean.
  • Assist customers with bookings, inquiries, and follow-ups in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams when needed to resolve client concerns.
  • Maintain a positive, service-oriented attitude at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written English communication skills.
  • Previous experience in online sales support, live chat, or virtual assistance is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Must be able to start immediately.
  • Reliable internet connection (remote work).
