- Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare and submit branch performance reports to management.
- Implement marketing and promotional activities at the branch level to boost sales.
- Safeguard company assets by ensuring proper handling of cash, equipment, and inventory.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized branch environment.
- Perform other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
