Internship Opportunity: Admin Assistant
We are looking for an Admin Assistant Intern to join our team at Kira Kira Bento Food Services, a growing food concessionaire based in Mabolo, Cebu City. We supply meals to schools, companies, organizations, and cater events. This internship offers hands-on experience in administrative operations and business management in the food service industry.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Business Administration, Accounting, Management, Finance, or any related course
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Bonus: Knowledge in bookkeeping, accounting software, or inventory management is an advantage
Job Role:
- Assist with daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Help with documentation, filing, and processing of paperwork
- Communicate and coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams
- Support in scheduling, timekeeping, and attendance monitoring of staff
- Assist in billing, payables, receivables, and collections
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and basic financial documents
- Help manage inventory records and supply requisitions
- Provide general support to management and other departments as needed
