  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and efficiently
  • Experience in handling clients and accounts in a manufacturing company set up.

Job description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Reports directly to Sales Manager
  • Receives and compiles approved Purchase Orders (POs) from customers or clients and reviews details of product specifications as required.
  • Coordinates with Production for any "clarifyatory " issues necessary for the smooth and proper implementation of operational process scheduling.
  • Adheres to and promotes workplace safety, honesty, and integrity based on approved Company standards and policies.
  • Performs other duties/functions as may be assigned at any given time.

During the evolving years the company went into the manufacture of specialty and industrial paper bags with Multiwall Sack Kraft as primary materials.

Engaging into bag making was an excellent decision. The market demand continues to grow and wider coverage has overtaken the projection and expectation. The number of clients expanded in the areas of Food Ingredients and Dairy Products, Agriculture and Livestock, Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals, Fertilizers and Feeds, Mining and Aquaculture and many more who had totally conceded that paper bag packaging have many distinct advantages over other packaging medium; easy to handle, aesthetically appealing, strength, quality and most of all the environment-friendly materials of its components.

Papers in rolls are imported from United States and other foreign countries. This usually comes from the West Coast, Europe and some of our foreign neighbors who have the most advanced technology in the paper making industry.

Demand for X-Trade bags continues to grow, which prompted the company to incorporate. X-Trade Paper & Packaging Co., Inc. is registered with the Stock Exchange Commission in October, 2006.
