Be aware of event details related to the accounts of designated Sales ManagersAssists Sales Managers in liaising with other departments for informationOperates the account management systemHandles all incoming telephone and fax inquiries and provides initial suggestions on sales inquiriesUpdates Group Chart and prepares relevant reportsUpdates Catering Revenue for materialized events in IvvyCreates Lead Bookings to trace for future businessMaintains closed coordination with respective department heads on any unusual request from client/decision makersResponsible for maintaining general tidiness of the department and ensuring sufficient stock of stationery and other office suppliesPerforms any other duties and tasks that may be assigned by immediate superiors from time to timeQUALIFICATIONSCollege graduate With clerical work experience for at least 6 monthsProficient in computer softwareKnowledge in Opera and IvvyGood communication skills Can start immediatelyAmenable to work onsite in San Mateo, Rizal
