Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, under the general supervision of the Banquet Sales Executive, the Sales Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the requirements of signed sales contracts with related areas. 

  • Be aware of event details related to the accounts of designated Sales Managers
  • Assists Sales Managers in liaising with other departments for information
  • Operates the account management system
  • Handles all incoming telephone and fax inquiries and provides initial suggestions on sales inquiries
  • Updates Group Chart and prepares relevant reports
  • Updates Catering Revenue for materialized events in Ivvy
  • Creates Lead Bookings to trace for future business
  • Maintains closed coordination with respective department heads on any unusual request from client/decision makers
  • Responsible for maintaining general tidiness of the department and ensuring sufficient stock of stationery and other office supplies
  • Performs any other duties and tasks that may be assigned by immediate superiors from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS
  • College graduate 
  • With clerical work experience for at least 6 months
  • Proficient in computer software
  • Knowledge in Opera and Ivvy
  • Good communication skills 
  • Can start immediately
  • Amenable to work onsite in San Mateo, Rizal
