Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Operations & Total Rewards Officer to support the efficient management of HR operations, payroll, compensation and benefits, and total rewards programs. The successful candidate will ensure accurate employee data, compliant payroll processing, and effective administration of rewards and benefits. This role is key in maintaining operational excellence and supporting a fair, transparent, and employee-centered work environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR operations including employee data management, HRIS updates, and documentation
  • Oversee timekeeping, attendance validation, and payroll processing to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Administer statutory benefits, government remittances, HMO, insurance, and company benefit programs
  • Support digitalization initiatives such as employee portals, e-payslips, and online service request systems
  • Maintain salary structures, job grades, and allowances; assist in salary reviews and incentive programs
  • Conduct compensation analysis and benchmarking to support competitiveness and internal equity
  • Provide frontline HR support on pay, benefits, and timekeeping concernsPrepare HR reports and dashboards to support decision-making
  • Review and update HR policies, memos, and guidelines in line with DOLE regulations
  • Drive process improvements to enhance HR operational efficiency and data accuracy

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, or HR Operations
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor and tax laws, statutory benefits, and payroll processes
  • Proficient in HRIS, payroll systems, and MS Excel
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, discreet, and customer-focused
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
