We are looking for a BUDGET & FINANCIAL PLANNING MANAGER

Qualifications:

  • Must be a CPA or graduate of a Master's Degree.
  • At least 3 years of work experience as a Budget Manager or Budget Analyst.
  • Profound experience in using forecasting and data analytics methods.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Willing to work onsite in Angeles City, Pampanga from Monday to Friday, day shift.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the company's budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to ensure optimal allocation of resources and alignment with business goals. Analyzes financial performance, prepares management reports, and provides recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and manage annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
  • Monitor actual performance vs. budget, analyzing variances and trends.
  • Prepare financial reports and present insights to management.
  • Coordinate with department heads to ensure budget compliance.
  • Recommend cost optimization and revenue improvement strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php60,000.00 per month
