Education: Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, economics, statistics or management information system

Experience: Three to four (3-4) years in financial planning in a large multinational organization

Job Description

  • Plan a key role in propelling business strategies; run project profitability analysis, analyze financial implications and provide financial recommendations to management with the objective of improving long-term profitability.
  • Work closely with top management and various departments to drive financial results.
  • Analyze monthly financial performance, conduct forecasts, and business planning.

Areas Of Responsibility

  • Business Strategy

Conduct financial analysis of strategic tactics to improve long-term financial performance, and provide financial recommendations to achieve APAC profitability objectives.

  • Business Planning

Advise management on financial issues; develop analytical models to enhance business planning; train cost center managers; recommend resource allocation; ensure completion of business plans within deadlines.

  • Project Profitability Analysis

Approve projects within limits; analyze divisional and regional projects; recommend actions for profitability.

  • Financial Reporting and Forecasting

Prepare reports, forecasts, and presentations; identify trends; make recommendations to minimize risks and maximize opportunities.

  • Pricing

Support pricing review by analyzing costs and drivers.

  • Policies and Procedures

Clarify policies; ensure compliance.
