Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for BeyondTrust's remote desktop product, ensuring seamless integration and functionality within the client's SaaS environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to remote desktop access, connectivity, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain secure remote desktop solutions.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments to identify and address potential vulnerabilities.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of remote desktop software and related components.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve support processes.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users and internal teams on remote desktop functionalities and best practices.
- Participate in On-Call support rotations to ensure 24/7 availability for critical issues.
