About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Team Leader | Milkman/Milkmaid to join our team at FRNK, located at Robinsons Magnolia in Quezon City Metro Manila. As a full-time Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our milk tea shop, overseeing a team of baristas and providing exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

  1. Supervising and leading a team of baristas, ensuring they provide high-quality beverages and excellent customer service
  2. Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders for ingredients and supplies to maintain optimal stock
  3. Coordinating with the store manager to implement operational and customer service improvements
  4. Troubleshooting and resolving any customer issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  5. Ensuring the work area is clean, organized and adheres to all health and safety standards
  6. Providing on-the-job training and mentoring to team members to develop their skills and knowledge
  7. Maintaining accurate records of sales, inventory and staff performance

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality and tourism industry
  2. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
  4. Proficient in beverage preparation, with a keen eye for detail and quality
  5. Adaptable and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  6. Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
  7. Familiarity with inventory management and record-keeping processes
