Position Summary:

The Tax Team Leader will play a crucial role in assisting the company with tax compliance requirements and providing strategic tax planning advice to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review tax-related reports such as VAT, EWT, and other applicable filings.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements from the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and City Hall (including new applications, amendments, and renewals).
  • Review financial statements and support documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Conduct research on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and identify potential tax-saving opportunities for clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address tax-related inquiries and provide guidance on best practices.

Job Qualifications

  • Must possess a bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of tax-related experience (background in tax preparation and compliance is preferred).
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications or related software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • And willing to work 100% onsite in Banawe, Quezon City.
